Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1381 of 16 August 2016 refusing to authorise a health claim made on foods and referring to children's development and health is amended as follows.

In Article 1, for the words from “shall not” to the end of that Article, substitute “ may not be made on foods on the F1Great Britain market ”.
(3)
Omit Article 2.
