Sections 1, 2, 4(1) and 6 of the Oaths and Evidence (Overseas Authorities and Countries) Act 1963 shall extend to the Bailiwick of Guernsey subject to the modification that in section 1 for the words “United Kingdom” there shall be substituted the words “Bailiwick of Guernsey”.
