# The Occupational Pension Schemes (Contracting-out) Amendment Regulations 2011, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Contracting-out) Amendment Regulations 2011.
(2) They come into force on 1st October 2011.
