# The Occupational Pension Schemes (Internal Controls) Regulations 2005, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation

Extent: E+W+S

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Internal Controls) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 30th December 2005.
(2) In these Regulations “the Act” means the Pensions Act 2004.
