  "text": "Pensions\nMade 28th January 2015\nLaid before Parliament 4th February 2015\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 117(1) and (3), 315(2) and 318(1) of the Pensions Act 2004.\nIn accordance with section 117(4) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the Board of the Pension Protection Fund.\nIn accordance with section 317(1) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted such persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.",
