Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Levy Ceiling) Order 2007.

(2)

This Order shall come into force—

(a)

for the purposes of this article and article 2, on 31st March 2007; and

(b)

for the purposes of article 3 on, 1st April 2007.
