Coming into force 22nd July 1998
The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 47(5) and 174(3) of the Pensions Act 1995, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, and after consulting such persons as she considers appropriate, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
