# The Occupational Pension Schemes (Transfer Values) (Amendment) Regulations 2008, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Transfer Values) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st October 2008.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Occupational Pension Schemes (Transfer Values) Regulations 1996.
