Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Occupational Pensions (Revaluation) Order 1988, and shall come into force on 1st January 1989.

(2)

In this Order—

  • “the Act” means the Social Security Pensions Act 1975;

  • “revaluation period” and “revaluation year” have the same meaning as in section 52A(2) of the Act.
