This Order is made, as required by section 52A of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975, in the revaluation year beginning on 1st January 1990. The revaluation percentages specified are relevant to the revaluation of benefits under ocupational pension schemes, as required by section 52B of, and Schedule 1A to, that Act.
