# The Occupational Pensions (Revaluation) Order 2023, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st January 2024
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 182(2) and paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 3 to the Pension Schemes Act 1993.
