# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Approved Premises) Regulations 2008 (revoked), Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Offender Management Act 2007 (Approved Premises) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st June 2008.
