# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Approved Premises) Regulations 2008 (revoked), Regulation 14: Inspection


Each local probation board and other body must arrange for the approved premises under its management to be open at all times to inspection by or on behalf of the Secretary of State and must, in connection with any such inspection, make available for examination the books and records of the approved premises.
