# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Approved Premises) Regulations 2014, Regulation 11: Medical care and advice


(1) Each provider must ensure that facilities are available for the provision to residents of any necessary medical and dental treatment.
(2) A provider may appoint a health care professional to assist in discharging the functions under paragraph (1).
