# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Approved Premises) Regulations 2014, Regulation 13: Inspection


Each provider must arrange for approved premises to be open at all times to inspection by or on behalf of the Secretary of State and must, in connection with any such inspection, make available for examination the books and records of the approved premises.
