# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional Provision) Order 2008, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Offender Management Act 2007 (Commencement No.2 and Transitional Provision) Order 2008.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Offender Management Act 2007.
