The areas specified are the following police areas—
(a) Derbyshire;
(b) Leicestershire;
(c) Lincolnshire;
(d) Northamptonshire;
(e) Nottinghamshire;
(f) Staffordshire;
(g) Warwickshire;
(h) West Mercia; and
(i) West Midlands.
