# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Commencement No. 6) Order 2013, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 6th January 2014
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(4) of the Offender Management Act 2007.
A draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 41(4) of that Act.
