# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Commencement No.1 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2007, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Offender Management Act 2007 (Commencement No.1 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2007.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Offender Management Act 2007.
