# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, Paragraph 1: Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 2 (capacities in respect of which payments may be made under Part 5, and paying authorities), in Part 1, after paragraph 6 insert—
“
6A Member of the staff of a probation trust or of two or more probation trusts
The probation trust or, as the case may be, the probation trusts acting jointly.
”
