  "text": "(1) The Learning and Skills Act 2000 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 115(1) (consultation and coordination), after paragraph (e), insert—\n“(ea) a provider of probation services,”.\n(3) In section 120(2) (information: supply by public bodies), after paragraph (e), insert—\n“(ea) a probation trust,\n(eb) a provider of probation services (other than a probation trust or the Secretary of State), in carrying out its statutory functions or activities of a public nature in pursuance of arrangements made under section 3 of the Offender Management Act 2007,”.\n(4) In section 125(1) (consultation and coordination), after paragraph (d) (but before the “and” following it), insert—\n“(da) a provider of probation services,”.\n(5) In section 138(3) (Wales: provision of information by public bodies), after paragraph (e) (but before the “and” following it), insert—\n“(ea) a probation trust,\n(eb) a provider of probation services (other than a probation trust or the Secretary of State), in carrying out its statutory functions or activities of a public nature in pursuance of arrangements made under section 3 of the Offender Management Act 2007,”.",
