# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, Paragraph 17: Freedom of Information Act 2000

(1) The Freedom of Information Act 2000 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 1 (public authorities), in Part 6, insert, at the appropriate place—
“A probation trust.”
