# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, Paragraph 26

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) In the enactments specified in paragraph (2), for “Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of the National Probation Service for England and Wales” substitute “Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Probation for England and Wales”.
(2) The enactments are—
(a) paragraphs 3(2)(a) and 4(c) of Schedule A1 (further provision about Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Prisons) to the Prison Act 1952;
(b) paragraphs 3(2)(c) and 4(c) of Schedule 4A (further provision about Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Constabulary) to the Police Act 1996;
