# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, Paragraph 7: Mental Health Act 1983

(1) The Mental Health Act 1983 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 134 (correspondence of patients), in subsection (3)(e), for “or a” substitute “, a” and at the end insert “or a provider of probation services”.
