# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, Paragraph 8: Local Government Act 1988

(1) The Local Government Act 1988 is amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 2 (public supply or works contracts: the public authorities), under the heading “public authorities”, insert, at the appropriate place—
“A probation trust.”
