# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, Paragraph 6: Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2005

(1) The Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation and application), in paragraph (1), in the definition of a “local government body”, at the end insert “or a probation trust”.
