  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations make consequential amendment to regulation 4 of the Offender Management Act 2007 (Approved Premises) Regulations 2014 (S.I. 2014/1198) (“the 2014 Regulations”), following the creation of a new coronavirus restricted temporary release provision by the Prison and Young Offender Institution (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Rules 2020 (S.I. 2020/400).\nThe instrument amends the definition of “licence” in regulation 4 of the 2014 Regulations to refer to the new coronavirus restricted temporary release provision, enabling those released under that provision to be housed in approved premises.\nA full impact assessment will be produced for this instrument and published on the legislation.gov.uk website.",
