# The Offender Management Act 2007 (Establishment of Probation Trusts) (Amendment) Order 2012, Article 2: Amendment to the Offender Management Act 2007 (Establishment of Probation Trusts) Order 2010


(1) The Offender Management Act 2007 (Establishment of Probation Trusts) Order 2010 is amended as follows.
(2) After article 3 insert—
“Designation of Wales Probation Trust
3A. Wales Probation Trust is designated as a Welsh probation trust.”
