# Offender Management Act 2007, Paragraph 24


In section 15 (interpretation of sections 7 to 14), after the definition of “sub-contractor” there is inserted—
““youth detention accommodation” has the meaning given by section 107(1) of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000.”
