# Offender Management Act 2007, Paragraph 26


In paragraph 3 of Schedule 1—
(a) in paragraphs (a) and (b) of sub-paragraph (1), for “offender” there is substituted “ detained person ”, and
(b) in sub-paragraph (3), for “offenders” there is substituted “ detained persons ”.
