  "text": "The amendments made by sections 1 to 3, 4(2), 5 and 6, Part 1 of Schedule 1, Schedules 2 and 3 and paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 apply in relation to—\n(a) any person who falls to be released under Chapter 6 of Part 12 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 on or after the commencement day, and\n(b) any person who falls to be released under a detention and training order (including an order under section 211 of the Armed Forces Act 2006) on or after the commencement day.",
