  "heading": "Transitional provision etc",
  "text": "(1) Schedule 7 makes provision about the cases to which the amendments made by this Act apply.\n(2) The Secretary of State may by order make other transitional, transitory or saving provision in connection with the coming into force of any provision of this Act.\n(3) An order under this section—\n(a) may make different provision for different purposes, and\n(b) in connection with sections 1 to 7, Schedules 1, 2 and 3 and paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 may make different provision for different areas.\n(4) An order under this section is to be made by statutory instrument.",
