  "text": "(1) In section 139 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988, in subsection (6), for the words following “shall be liable” there is substituted—\n“(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or both;\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or a fine, or both.”\n(2) Subsection (1) above does not apply to an offence committed before this Act comes into force.",
