# The Offensive Weapons Act 2019 (Prescribed Documents) (Scotland) Order 2022, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 28th June 2022
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(5)(c) and 4(8)(c) of the Offensive Weapons Act 2019 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
