  "text": "(1) In this Part—\n“applicant” means an applicant for a knife crime prevention order;\n“bladed article” means an article to which section 139 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 applies;\n“defendant”—\n(a)in relation to a knife crime prevention order under section 14 (order made otherwise than on conviction), has the meaning given by subsection (1) of that section;\n(b)in relation to a knife crime prevention order under section 19 (order made on conviction), has the meaning given by subsection (1) of that section;\n“harm” includes physical and psychological harm;\n“home address”, in relation to a defendant, means—\n(a)the address of the defendant's sole or main residence, or\n(b)if the defendant has no such residence, the address or location of a place where the defendant can regularly be found and, if there is more than one such place, such one of those places as the defendant may select.\n(2) A reference in this Part to a knife crime prevention order which is not expressed as a reference to an order under section 14 or 19 is a reference to an order under either of those sections.\n(3) A reference in this Part to an interim knife crime prevention order which is not expressed as a reference to an order under section 17 or 18 is a reference to an order under either of those sections.",
