# The Official Controls (Establishment Lists) (Revocation) Regulations 2024, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Official Controls (Establishment Lists) (Revocation) Regulations 2024.
(2) They come into force on 29th May 2024.
(3) They extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
