  "text": "These Regulations extend to, and apply in relation to, England and Wales and Scotland, save that—\n(a) regulation 13 applies in relation to England only;\n(b) regulations 14 and 15 apply in relation to Wales only; and\n(c) regulation 16 applies in relation to Scotland only.",
