# The Official Controls (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2024, Regulation 2: Extent and application


These Regulations extend to, and apply in relation to, England and Wales and Scotland, save that—
(a) regulation 13 applies in relation to England only;
(b) regulations 14 and 15 apply in relation to Wales only; and
(c) regulation 16 applies in relation to Scotland only.
