  "text": "(1) The table in Annex 8 to the Official Controls Regulation (inserted by paragraph 15 of Annex 6) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the section headed “Parts of plants, other than fruit and seeds of:”—\n(a) at the beginning, after the heading insert—\n“\nSolanaceae Juss. and Ipomoea L.\nVegetable products not elsewhere specified or included, fresh.\n7\n”\n(b) in the row beginning with “Leafy vegetables of Apium graveolens L.”—\n(i) in the first column, for “and Ocimum L.” substitute “Ocimum L and Spinacia oleracea L.”; and\n(ii) in the second column, in the line beginning with “Other vegetables”, for “Other” substitute “Spinach and other”.\n(3) In the section headed “Fruits of:”—\n(a) in the row beginning with “Momordica L.”, in the second column, at the beginning insert a new line “Fruits of the genus Capsicum or of the genus Pimenta.”;\n(b) in the row beginning with “Carica papaya L.”—\n(i) in the first column, omit—\n(aa) “Carica papaya L., Cydonia Mill.”:\n(bb) “Prunus L.”;\n(cc) “Ribes L.”; and\n(dd) “Syzygium Gaertn.”;\n(ii) in the second column—\n(aa) omit “Papaws (papayas) fresh or chilled.”;\n(bb) for “, pears and quinces” substitute “and pears”;\n(cc) omit “Apricots, cherries, peaches (including nectarines), plums and sloes, fresh or chilled.”;\n(dd) omit “Black, white or red currants and gooseberries, fresh or chilled.”.",
