# The Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) (Amendment) Order 2003, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) (Amendment) Order 2003 and shall come into force one month after the day on which it is made.
