Coming into force 19th August 2007
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 12(1)(f) of the Official Secrets Act 1989f1, having regard to the definition of “prescribed” in section 13(1).
In accordance with section 14(2) of that Act a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
