  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nSection 3 of the Official Secrets Act 1911, as amended, defines the expression “prohibited place” for the purposes of that Act, and paragraph (c) of that section enables certain places not otherwise within the definition to be declared prohibited places by Order.\nThis Order amends the Official Secrets (Prohibited Places) Order 1975 by adding the place specified in the Schedule to those declared to be prohibited places for the purposes of the 1911 Act.",
