  "text": "OFFICIAL STATISTICS\nMade 28th January 2026\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(1)(b)(ii) and (2) of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 6(3) of that Act the Scottish Ministers have consulted the Statistics Board.\nIn accordance with section 65(6)(a) of that Act a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
