Regulation 13 Amendment of the 2002 Regulations

In regulation 13 (revocation and surrender of permits)—

(a)

in paragraph (1)—

(i)

omit “granted pursuant to these Regulations”; and

(ii)

for “operator in question” substitute “permit holder”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2) for “An operator to whom a permit has been granted” substitute “A permit holder”.
