# The Offshore Chemicals Regulations 2002, Regulation 14: Register to be kept by the Secretary of State


(1) The Secretary of State shall keep a register at a place in the United Kingdom in which she shall cause to be entered—
(a) the terms and conditions of any permits ...; and
(b) the results of any monitoring information required to be sent to her under the conditions of any permit.
(2) The register referred to in paragraph (1) shall be open to public inspection on business days from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
