# The Offshore Combustion Installations (Pollution Prevention and Control) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 23: Amendment of regulation 15 (variation of conditions in permits following a review further to regulation 13(2)(c)


In regulation 15—
(a) in the heading, after “permits” insert “for large combustion installations”;
(b) in paragraph (1), after “permit” insert “which relates to the operation of a large combustion installation”.
