# The Offshore Combustion Installations (Pollution Prevention and Control) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 7: New Regulation 4A (applications for permits: medium combustion plant)


After regulation 4, insert—
“Applications for permits: medium combustion plant
4A. Where an application for a permit relates to the operation of a medium combustion plant an application must include the information listed at Annex 1.”.
