# The Offshore Combustion Installations (Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations 2013, Regulation 35: Penalties


A person guilty of an offence under regulation 34 is liable—
(a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum;
(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine.
