# The Offshore Funds (Tax) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 32: Amendment to regulation 57 (effects of entry into the reporting fund regime)

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Amend regulation 57 (effects of entry into the reporting fund regime) as follows.
(2) In paragraphs (1) at the end insert—
“This paragraph and paragraphs (2) and (3) are subject to paragraph (4).”.
(3) At the end insert—
“(4) Where an application has been withdrawn under regulation 54(3)(b), the fund and its participants shall be treated as if the fund had never been a reporting fund.”.
