# The Offshore Funds (Tax) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 4: Introduction

This Part makes the following provisions in relation to equalisation arrangements—
(a) this Chapter makes amendments to the principal Regulations,
(b) Chapter 2 makes transitional provisions.
